Multiple purchases will not be shipped individually. To save you time and convienience, your order will be ship once all the items from the same purchase order are packaged together.
If you discover an error in your order requiring a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Disclaimer for International Orders
Due to arising issues with oversea shipments, Sohowatch will NOT be held liable for any international orders that have been lost, missing, or damaged during shipment. We advise our international customers to take out shippers insurance to ensure that their orders will be protected in case any problems occur during the shipment process. Sohowatch will however be more than willing to make any exchanges or refunds for our international customers as long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received and the order is returned within 14 days. |

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 2 weeks from your order date for an exchange or refund.
All returns must go through the RMA process and receive prior authorization before being sent back. To request an RMA, please contact Customer Service Center.

All non-defective products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels, and must be in new condition.

Returned packages must include an RMA number on the outside of the package, as well as a copy of your printed invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have. The lack of an RMA number will result in a refusal of your package.

For any returns, there will be a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from you total.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse.

We reserve the right to deny any returns if the items are deemed satisfactory and/or non-defective.

When making a return, customers will be held liable for the shipping fee, and any other taxes or tariffs that may be added on to the item.
